We seek to provide you with unique, stylish and affordable statement pieces that can fit any occasion, including every day wear!
- Products are hand selected and often come in very limited quantities. There are no guarantees on our ability to restock any particular item. If you see something you love, please snatch it up!
- For earring size estimates, the earring cards used for our pieces, measure 4 inches long by 2 inches wide.
- If there is a piece you'd like to purchase that is out of stock, please e-mail us with the product name and we will look into whether we can get additional inventory.
- If you are looking for a color or metal variation of an item currently listed on our website, please e-mail and let us know your request and we will see what we can do to find an item you are looking for.
- Product photos attempt to capture products as accurately as possible. Color may differ slightly depending on the device you are viewing from and the photo lighting. Many design elements vary slightly between pairs of the same product.
- All product names, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only, and are not meant to imply specific materials, metals, or stones used in the product. If you have questions about a specific piece, please e-mail lindsay@lilacluxe.co prior to purchasing, and we will be happy to answer your questions.
- Fashion jewelry by default often utilizes inexpensive metals in composition. Unless otherwise listed, you can assume our pieces are not gold, platinum, silver or hypoallergenic grade quality. If you have sensitivity to metals our pieces may not be a great fit for you. You assume all risk in using our product. If you experience any sensitivity or irritation in using our pieces, we recommend discontinuing use immediately. We are not liable for any injury sustained by our product or from use of our product. Shipping
We are as excited to get you your items, as you are to receive them! Items typically ship the next business day. Shipping usually takes 3 to 6 days depending on your distance from us. We are located in the piney woods of Texas.

Canadian Policies
We are very excited to make Canada our first international shipping destination. By placing an order from Canada you agree to the following policies.
1) Any and all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2) Shipping is estimated based on prior orders, customs delays can vary and may affect shipping times.
Lilac Luxe, LLC does not accept responsibility for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your package is delivered, nor any delays in transit. In the event that an Canadian shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all duties and taxes on the order upon the arrival of your goods in your country. We will not accept packages back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that some countries have far lower thresholds than others and prior to ordering you are best to check your local government website.
Returns
We hope you love and enjoy your products as much as we do! Due to the nature of our items, Lilac Luxe can not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We hand pick and inspect our products for quality. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and e-mail us immediately if your product arrives damaged. If in the rare case you notice a defect, or your product sustains damage, from normal wear, within 30 days of receipt please e-mail us, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Purchasing a Gift
If you are buying one of our pieces to send as a gift, please let us know in the "Special Instructions for Seller" comment section at checkout. We will make sure the price of the item isn't shown on the card. We do not include a packing slip with our orders, so you can also use this section to let us know who the gift is for, who it is from, as well as if you would like to include a gift message to the recipient.
Discounts
Lilac Luxe offers a normal buy 2 get the 3rd half off discount. This promotion is automatically applied in your cart at check out. Discount works multiple times, and is taken on the lowest price item(s).
Shopify can only apply one discount in cart, at a time. If a discount code is being offered it will only work, and apply to orders of 2 products or less.
